Privacy Policy

This policy explains how BuildWright, Inc. (“BuildWright”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through buildwright.ai (the “site”). It covers the site only. Data processed through the BuildWright product is governed by the agreement with each customer.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, work email, company, your message and, if you choose, how you heard about us.
• Usage information. We measure site traffic with Vercel Web Analytics, which records pages viewed, referring sites, country, browser and device type. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and continue the conversation you started
• To understand which pages and channels are useful, and improve the site
• To keep the site secure and working

We do not sell your personal information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers who process information on our behalf:

• Vercel hosts the site and provides its analytics.
• Web3Forms delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Google provides the calendar used when you book a demo. Booking happens on Google’s site and is covered by Google’s privacy policy.

These providers may process information in the United States and other countries. We may also disclose information if required by law or as part of a merger or acquisition.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and maintain the business relationship, and delete them on request. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email srikanth@buildwright.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children

The site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
